Our Vision
We envision God in Christ reaching the world through Brazil. This diverse country with nearly 200,000,000 residents is a sleeping giant ready to be awakened for world evangelism. Conhecendo Deus is projected to increase in Gospel literature and media so as to facilitate the growing need for sound biblical studies on salvation and winning the lost. We expect one day to offer Brazilian missionaries and nationals with the materials necessary to equip the believer with a clear and thorough understanding of the Gospel that encourages the believer to witness and to do so with authority and simplicity. Key issues regarding the Gospel's doctrine and Gospel ministry will be handled as the site develops. We also understand the need for a website which presents the Gospel to those who are not yet saved but have been convicted by the Holy Spirit. May this website not only present the Gospel to you clearly, but also in the very way Jesus Christ would present it. We love the lost and want everyone saved. May any unsaved person who reads the information on this website find a loving ministry that has one desire: to exalt Jesus Christ and His salvation.
The ministry of Conhecendo Deus is alive for three reasons:
- "Jesus saith..., 'I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me'" (Jn. 14:6).
- "He that winneth souls is wise" (Prov. 11:30b).
- Christians who better understand their salvation will better appreciate their Saviour.
